Nope - in fact, I recommend doing this work pre-conception. This way, you can spend your pregnancy in full relax mode.

While I recommend giving youself ample time to complete this work, I am also an advocate for ‘better late than never.’ Sometimes learning or reading something in a different way can change the trajectory of your birth.

Generally, there is an information section to each Chapter, followed by an integration exercise or journal prompts. It is designed to either be printed and worked through, or followed along with a journal and pen.
